1. Eligibility: Open to all attendees (Aged 18 years and above) of Jewellery and Watch Show (JWS) from 12th to 16th November 2025 at Halls 1-3, ADNEC. Participants must meet the legal age of majority in the UAE. The Draw is conducted under Abu Dhabi Registration and Licensing Authority unified economic permit number AP‑1022629, issued on 21 October 2025 and expiring on 19 December 2025, and is subject to all applicable rules, conditions and approvals under that permit.
2. Entry: Attendees automatically enter upon registering and attending the Event. Strictly one raffle entry per badge only.
3. To be eligible for the raffle draw, each visitor must spend a minimum of Dhs 5,000.00 (five thousand UAE Dirham) on show purchases during the Event. Only eligible purchases contribute to meeting this threshold.
4. A valid receipt of the qualifying purchase must be presented at the raffle draw desk to confirm eligibility for the raffle draw.
5. To confirm your raffle entry, we will take a photo of your purchase receipt. Photos of receipts will only be used for validation purposes and will be deleted once eligibility is confirmed. Your information remains confidential and will only be used for validation.
6. Prize: The prize is a BMW 118i Pure, MY2025. Winner will be announced at the Event and must collect the prize in accordance with the instructions provided. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, vehicle registration, and insurance costs associated with the prize.
7. Draw and Notification: Draw on 16th November 2025 at JWS Halls 1- 3 in ADNEC. Winner will be announced at the Event and must collect prizes on the same day and follow provided notification instructions. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, the Organizers reserve the right to redraw.
8. Transferability: prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other items.
9. Taxes and Expenses: Winner is responsible for taxes and related expenses. The Organizers will ensure that the winner of the BMW car will receive such car registered in his or her name and delivery of the car shall be at the Event Location or another location in Abu Dhabi advised by the Organizers or the company supplying the car and shall be free of charge to winner, but winner will be responsible for insuring the BMW car and will be responsible for following any reasonable instructions given to him or her from the Organizers or the company supplying the car, including any minor cost that may arise from following such instructions.
10. Event Organizers' Decisions: all decisions are final.
11. Publicity Release: Winners' names and photos may be used for promotion. Use of winners’ personal information will be subject to their prior consent, in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
12. Disqualification: violation of terms or inappropriate conduct may result in disqualification.
13. Modification or Cancellation: Organizers may modify, extend or cancel the Draw for any reason. Participants will be notified in a timely manner if the Draw is modified or cancelled.
14. Advertising and Communications Restrictions:
Promotion of the Draw via SMS, phone calls or instant messaging applications (including WhatsApp) is prohibited under the permit. The Organizers will not conduct promotional communications for the Draw through those channels. Winner notifications may be sent by phone and email only.
15. Governing Law: governed by United Arab Emirates' laws.
