The grand reveal of the winning design will take place on Sunday, 17th November 2024 at JWS.
Terms and Conditions
- Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 31st October 2024.
- Original Work: The submitted entry must be an original creation representing your brand. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use all elements of the design.
- Consent for Use: By submitting an entry, you consent to allow JWS Abu Dhabi (Reed Exhibitions Limited) and its affiliates to use your company’s image, likeness, and submitted design in publications, advertising, and other media activities, including the internet, without expectation of compensation.
- Usage Rights: Your submitted entry may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to print, television, electronic media, and online platforms, in perpetuity and without prior approval.
- Brand Acknowledgement: JWS Abu Dhabi reserves the right to use your brand name, logo, and any associated statements provided in conjunction with your entry.
- Photography and Videography: During the grand reveal event, photos and videos may be taken of the winning entry and used for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to interviews, filming, and photography of your design and products.
- Liability: By participating in this competition, you release JWS Abu Dhabi and its affiliates from any liability related to the use and publication of the submitted entry.
